Renowned Alzheimer's and Dementia Care in Kanata

Moments Program Logo at Symphony Kanata in KANATA, ON K2K 2Z8

As a Symphony Senior Living Community, we are well-known for our expertise in Alzheimer's and dementia care. We are always integrating the latest memory care research and information from leading healthcare and memory support organizations such as The Alzheimer's Society, Women's Brain Health Initiative and many others in an effort to provide the best possible memory support services for our residents.

Our proprietary MomentsĀ® Memory Care program is designed to serve each resident through every stage of Alzheimer's, dementia and other memory impairments.

Moments that Matter Memory Care

Through our Moments Memory Care Program, each resident is cared for by a Resident Specialist (RS). Each RS works intimately with a small group of residents, focusing on learning their unique needs and keeping a watchful eye for any health changes. Our specialists become a friend to each resident, providing a comfortable place for him or her to feel relaxed and in control. Our memory care approach is especially appreciated by the families of our residents because they know they can consistently turn to one person at our community who knows their loved one well.
